How do I manage or cancel my appointment?
Sign in to your customer account with the same email used to book. View your visits and cancel before the online cancellation cutoff. If online cancellation is closed, call the salon.
When is a saved card charged?
If you choose to save your card and authorize a remaining payment, the salon can collect that balance after completing your appointment. Your deposit is already deducted. Otherwise, arrange the remainder directly with the salon. Canceled and no-show appointments do not automatically trigger a balance charge.
