Cookies & privacy
Updated November 2, 2026. This notice covers Shoumara’s website and booking tools, operated with Alcide Digital Works.
Essential storage
Sign-in, payment security and protected appointment management need essential cookies. The customer sign-in cookie, adw_customer, can last up to 30 days. Signing out clears the related session. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or appointment management. We do not add advertising cookies or optional analytics trackers.
Your saved choices
This browser saves your selected language in shoumara-language and your map choice in shoumara-map-choice. They stay until you change them or clear your browser storage. If storage is unavailable, choices last only while the page is open.
Optional Google map
The embedded Google map is off by default. Choosing “Allow Google map” or “Load Google map” connects your browser to Google, which may receive your IP address and use its own cookies under its privacy policy. “Essential only” keeps the embedded map off. Use Cookie settings to withdraw permission at any time; this removes the embedded map but cannot clear cookies Google already set. Directions links open Google separately when you choose them.
Bookings and payments
Booking records include the name, contact details, services and appointment times you submit. They are used to manage your visit and related confirmations. Stripe processes payments on its checkout; this website does not store full card numbers. Payment and security storage follows Stripe’s own notice. The salon’s booking and cancellation policy is shown during checkout.
Other external content
Loading photos hosted on external websites connects to their providers. The optional salon guide processes questions as described in the full privacy notice. Do not submit passwords, payment card information or sensitive personal information to the guide.
Questions and requests
Contact the salon for appointment questions. For website privacy requests, email hello@alcidedigitalworks.com and identify Shoumara. See the full privacy notice, platform cookie notice and service terms.
