Cookies & browser storage
Updated November 1, 2026.
This page describes storage used by Alcide Digital Works. Our current website code does not install advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. There are no optional tracking categories to accept. Browsing is not treated as consent to advertising.
Essential sign-in cookies
- adw_session: staff sign-in, up to eight hours.
- adw_client: protected client access. Account sessions can last up to 30 days; individual document access can expire sooner.
- adw_customer: customer account sign-in, up to 30 days.
These cookies are used when you sign in or access protected services. Signing out clears the relevant session cookie. Blocking them in your browser may prevent sign-in. Security and hosting providers may also process technical connection information to protect the service.
Interactive demo storage
The contractor and salon previews save sample changes in this browser so you can try a workflow. Use fictional information in demos. You can turn off demo saving below or delete the saved sample data. This does not delete real appointments, accounts, or project records.
Shoumara language and map preferences
Shoumara stores your language choice and map permission in this browser. Its embedded Google map is disabled until allowed. You can keep essential storage only or change your map permission from Cookie settings. See Shoumara’s cookie and privacy notice.
Third-party services
Stripe checkout, Zoom calls, and external map or reference links have their own privacy and cookie practices. Those services may receive connection details when you open or use them. Review their notices before continuing. Essential payment and security functions are not advertising consent.
Future tracking choices
If we introduce optional analytics or advertising tools, this notice and the relevant consent controls must be updated before those tools are enabled where consent is required. Browser privacy signals do not disable necessary sign-in functions.
